ROK is not a construction company – we are a subsidiary of a hotel company that offers construction management services for owners and investors building and renovating hotels. We understand word class customer service, cost controls and maximizing revenue and free cash flow.

Our portfolio of hotel projects includes a mix of new builds and extensive renovations throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. We specialize in limited service, mid-service and upscale hotels with food and beverage. Our project list includes Hilton, Marriot, Intercontinental and La Quinta hotels between 100-250 rooms.

We thrive in challenging environments including environmentally impacted Brownfield sites, winter conditions, historic districts with strict zoning and mixed-use developments. During renovations, we pride ourselves in completing work on time and on budget returning rooms back into inventory for sale by the operator.
